Customer can do the installation and maintenance easily and quickly with the proposal of light, thin and front/rear service design, saving the labor cost, Enhancing customer experience. The power cable and signal cable use wireless connection between up and down cabinet, no messy external cables affect beautiful appearance.
The distance between the lights make bad influence to display effect directly when install a big screen. But also can adjust the flatness, which solved the problem perfectly of the splicing seam. Via the special structure design, the components of the LED board, receiving card and power supply etc. can all be taken out from front side to realize total service, and also can dismantled from back side to adapt various applications.VE series adopted the most advanced chip control technology.
Design Challenges
The hardest part of the project is: 1.Double backup of the key component. 2.The distance between the lights make bad influence to display effect directly when install a big screen. 3.easy to splice into the screen definition of 2K, 4K, and 8K.
Production Technology
Double backup of the key component. Power supply and receiving card is the easily damaged components, so VE series makes double backup of it, when one of the power supply or receiving card broken, another backup power supply and receiving card will work automatically, not affect the normal play of the screen, ensure its Stability.
